stuttering, sputtering problem

hi all, i have a 96 mustang gt that i just installed a pypes off road xpipe no cats, i installed mil eliminators that i made myself, well as soon as i went to drive it it started stumbling and sputtering and kindda felt like a fuel pump gone bad, this didnt happen prior to xpipe install, then all of a sudden it ran fine then falling on its face again, also the car at times has a surge at idol, 8grand then 2grand then almost shutting off, i cant figure this out and dont want to blow my car up or hurt the motor in anyway, can any one help, this problem comes and goes but starting to get worse

Check for a blown O2 heater fuse. Best to check all of the fuses.

+1 with wmburns: Check the fuses and unplug your homebrew MILs to see if the problem goes away.
