Suade dye

Is it possiable to dye suade and have it liik nice? I was looking at putting 03 Cobra seats in my car and wanted to dye the center grey suade to eaither black or saddle. Saddle dye might be too much to ask for. Anyone done it? Howd it turn out, any pics?

When dying fabrics, it's usually a good idea to only go darker than the original color. That being said, the dye will slowly bleed into your clothes, making a hell of a mess. Door panels maybe, but I'd re-cover the seats.
