I have been recently looking to get a set of subframe connectors installed, but am having trouble finding a good place to have it done. I live in Central/Northern NJ, but would also like to have some additional work done when installing the connectors, if possible. The car has been in Jersey for quite a while, and is starting to show its age from the wonderful weather around here. Plus the previous owner (or ones before that) must have used some strange jack which crumpled parts of the stock frame rails under the car. Ideally I would like to possibly get the torque boxes checked/reinforced, and a couple parts under the hood patched where the shock towers have rusted through at the same time. I have done all my own work on the car to date including transmission swaps and gear replacement, but I lack a lift or a welder which greatly limits my options for anything further
Also, if anyone has recommendations for cleaning up the underside of the car to prevent further rusting, I'm all ears. I am prepared for hard labor if thats required, but I havent had much luck with any rust treatments being more than temporary.
