well, you dont really need a shop to do it for you, if you have 4 jackstands a welder, you can do it at home, just make sure the suspension is sitting as it would when it's on the ground, I've installed a set of full lenghts and a few of the basic SFC, basically you bolt them to the front seat bolts first, then mark where they meet with the subframes, grind off the paint form the subframes and start welding. I'm having porblems with mine cuz they barely touch the subframe rails and wont sit with the seat bolts, I hope you have better luck!
