I want to put some on my '06 when it gets here. I have Maximum Motorsports on my 2v and would like to get theirs when they come out.

you probably won't need them until you reach 400 RWHP. This chassis is plenty stiff. With 375 RWHP my best 60' is 1.57 with minimal suspension mods.

don't forget about Kenny Brown either. He's got a reasonably priced chassis upgrade deal. And from what I've gleaned from others posts, it's good stuff. Best price I've seen is at lmperformance

The new S197 chassis is over twice as stiff as the previous platform. Have you looked under your car? Notice how the frame rail is all one piece from firewall to the rear.... What sub frame are you talking about? Why waste your money on a part that is only gonna add about 80lbs a set to your car.

Hey 98, I must agree with Blazing Saddles in that you should not worry until you reach the 400hp mark. I also must agree with UnderDogGT with his assessment of the suspension. I chose the BMR HD subs and they are a very high quality product, however I noticed that after they were installed I really didn't notice any difference in handling or ride quality. This is due to the chassis that ford has chose, not that the sub don't work (they probably do help with launch). If you are shooting for that 400+hp mark, do the subs now. If not, put the money into a different mod.
