I was needing to know what the beat kind of subframes to buy i have an 88 gt its a 5-speed, i have some cracks in my floorborads and i was wanting to fix that and put some sub frames while am at it.

im assuming u meant best kind of subs...

maximum motorsports full lengths are the talk of the town for SFC's

some more expensive and less expensive but you're taking no gamble with MM

agreed, for a simple weld-in style, can't beat MM

I think MM also, even though they do require a little more weld time, they are a 100% guaranteed satisfaction part.

I have never heard one complaint on them.

I have Wild Rides custom fabbed full lengths...real nice!!!

The quality of the welding is actually just as important as the type of connectors. Cheap subframes that were welded properly will work better than the best connectors that were put in by a hack. Keep that in mind when you get them installed. With regard to brand, any full length will be fine. I like the Global West connectors best, but Maximum Motorsports are good as well.
