I’ve been rebuilding my trac loc and while compressing the s spring with a vice, the spring ended up cracking and has a huge crack across it. I still ended up putting it back in the diff and everything is still tight and secure, but I know that the clutches where the crack is facing may be “squeezed” somewhat less by the spring. Would this be enough for me to keep getting one wheel peel or would the difference be negligible?
