Suggestions needed for upgrade.

Ok, so i have a '66 coupe to sell and a '65 convertible to fix up. anything that i get from the coupe is going to be put into the convertible.

First of all, I'm not sure what i'll be able to get out of the coupe. it has a couple of rust spots on the quarter panels (all the way through the metal just in front of the wheels) and was originally a 6 cyl. Currently it has...
grab a trak suspension
rebuilt steering box.
fuel safe fuel cell
new windshield
front SSBC discs (the standard ones)
power brake booster
carburated '89 5.0 HO
C4
and a new exhaust and subframe connectors.
the paint is scratched in a few places and is just a maco job i'm sure.

The convertible is in pretty good shape, very rust free, except for a few pin holes in the floor pan. It has what i believe is the original C-code 289, and C4 tranny. I just added power brakes, a grab a trak suspension, front BAER 11" discs, and a fuel cell. My goal for the car is to basically build a GT350-R convertible (yes i know they didn't exist), but with a full interrior, 5 speed, and bumpers for the street.

I guess my question is, where to begin? The convertible is going to need a new rear-end, engine, transmission, hood/valence, and steering (the box is pretty much gone).

What would you guys suggest? I know the sale of the coupe won't cover all of the things that need to be replaced, but it should at least get me started.
