So far on my car i have dual flowmaster 40's, hedman headders, Cold air intake, diablo tuner, and 3.73 with t-lock. I have 1k i can spend on my car and trying to figure out where i should go next so any suggestion people.

Save up for forced induction ($3000+), Heads/Cam/Intake ($2000+), nitrous(~$1000), or UDP ($250). Red98, you want the gears. 3.27 to 4.10, 25.4% change, was definitely nice. Your car will jump from 2.73 to 3.73, a 36.6% increase.

Ok now for the big question I currently have 108,000 miles on the car but about 75-80% are highway miles (I usually drive about 600 miles round trip two times a month) now before i got into the engine or FI would it be a good idea to have the engine worked on or since most are highway milage and the car has no stress or any issues with the block would it be fine

The block will be ok, and as long as the engine has been maintained correctly, it should be ok as long as you don't push it. The main thing that'll probably give first would be the rings. The stock piston rings are not designed for boost at all. The stock pistons aren't too bad, but they aren't that great. The 11psi recommended is still a lot of power. It wouldn't hurt to invest in forged pistons and definitely good rings, then since you're in there might as well toss a 4.2 crank in there. Super Six Motorsports has a kit with the 4.2 crank, forged pistons, rings, and pins for $1500. They have a "Long Rod 4.3" that also has includes H-beam rods and ARP bolts, $1775 sp $275 extra for the rods and bolts.
