Sunroof original or aftermarket

93 mustang gt sunroof
I have purchased this car. I was told tree limb busted glass on sunroof. Plexiglass is covering hole now. How can I tell for sure if it aftermarket or original as I need to replace. Also are they the same size? Thanks

I've tried to search for one and no luck. One on mustanggt.com is dead. Another site worked but I couldn't find the decoder anywhere on it.

Is there a decoder site anywhere?

Otherwise I'd like to know what the below is.

Exterior - PD
Paint Colors - YJ
DSO - 56
Body - GT3
VR - blank
Mldg. - L
Int Trim - D6
Tape - blank
R - 5
S - blank
AX - M
TR - 2BOBB

Any help on a site or decoding the above would be appreciated.

A factory sunroof has a rolled edge from the roof to the drip well just inside the the sunroof opening...

An aftermarket sunroof will have a flat rubber weatherstrip the overlaps the sunroof opening (since they have to cut the roof for the sunroof opening).

The factory sunroofs have two metal "L" shaped brackets at the front that slide into plastic yellow brackets at the front of the sunroof opening. The yellow brackets are set into the drip well. This pic shows where the "L" shaped brackets mount into the sunroof panel from below.

Pray its not an aftermarket ' pop top" or your probably screwed....

If it's aftermarket you'll need to replace the entire sunroof, almost impossible to identify the glass and manufacturer.
