Whats up stangers. Havnt been here for awhile but just thought i would stop by and tell yall whats up with my ride. I dont want to totally forsake the place i started.. As you guys know i crossed over to the dark side (f body) but since i last posted a pic here i switched wheels. I put on some c6 z06s 17x9.5 18x10.5. They are pretty sweet, i got them for a deal. Im going to be throwing some new wheels on the stang. I found a heckuva deal on some 98 and 99 cobras, so im going to explore those avenues. Hope all is well with everyone.

Man the old rims make it look like a "DUB" edition Camaro. lol

I love those wheels. I saw an f-body at Walbogs the other day with them.

Tasteful wheel choice man. I have a friend who had an 01 SS M6 like that, nothing but a short ram intake and a full exhaust -- fast car.

yeah it is definitely an upgrade compared to the 20s. The 20s were on the car when i got it, but the wheels really make the car have that look. If i had the cash i woulda went with some CCW SP500s, but that would been like 2700 for the wheels alone. The next thing i want to do is lower the car, but thats going to be like another 1200 bucks for everything, like Sam Strano springs, Koni's, adj torque arm, and maybe some subframes. I wanted to do LTs and suspension before summer hit. Not sure if im gonna have enough cash though.

I know the stang isnt that dirty anymore. Especially since its raining.

m6=manual 6

thanks for the compliments guys. As soon as my cousin takes the stang off my hands im sure well be doing stuff to it. When that happens ill put up progress pics.

Thanks for not flamin me yall.

Sam Strano... I think he is local to me. I did an SCCA race this fall and he was like the top dog there and he's from right around here and he drives the top SCCA camaro. It has to be the same guy. I hear he is very helpful to the locals too. Its nice to see you are still on here. i thought you sold the stang when you got the camaro. I'm also glad to hear you will be switching the wheels on the stang too!

Yeah he is like the top SCCA camaro, very very knowledgable in suspension. I learned a great deal by just reading his posts on other boards. He isnt there just to make a buck, he actually wants to see people with setups that are beneficial to them.

I basically gave the stang to my cousin, he hasnt takin it yest though. Its not totally out of the family.
