I'm at 500rwhp with a Saleen on a JDM Stage II kit and stock internals.
Granted you'll need longtubes, upgraded fuel system,and a few other mods but it can be done. I have put over 12,000 miles on the car since the install with no issues other than broken tensioners due to powershifting a manual trans. All of the above blowers have the same issues if you do a search.

Yes it will with the stock air intake.

Being a Jersey native if I ever opt for a blower I'd probably go with the Saleen and have JDM do the install/tune.

I'm not going to comment on one SC vs. another. There are as many answers as there are people to give them. Purchase a supercharger that fills the niche you're looking for.

I do however, want to comment about the KB customer service aspect. I like many others have come across some poor customer service from KB. I've recited the mantra to many over the past couple of years. Recent dealings though, are leading me to believe that they're making a good effort to change this. I've been helping my neighbor with selecting and preparing for a kit on his 03 GT (I'm not "schooled" on these cars. The reason for all the calls). We've been on the horn with KB 6 or 8 times so far and have had some great conversations with them. They've answered all of the "stupid" questions we've come up with so far and helped us with asking question that we'd not thought for neglected to ask.

I mention this because it's a HUGE difference from what I'd received when I called them, researching for my car a few years ago. I actually ended up buying from Bob Kennedy instead of KB because the man took the time to explain things and helped be custom build the kit for my intended purpose.

That's all I've got so far. I can add more once we see how their "after sale" support is.

It's not to say that their customer service is fixed but so far, the pre-sale information is one hell of a lot better than it was when I bought mine.

I'm only responding to give you my perspective on centri, specifically procharger.

I've got a P1sc intercooled running 11 lbs and I believe I made the right choice for what I wanted. A 500 to 600 hp car can be a daily driver, but your power won't be useable on street tires, not at the cars full potential at least. You'll be a radial/slick car 24x7 pretty much after 450 to 475.

I like the orange furnishings and REALLY like that it's not overdone.

I know the whipple and KB run an external cooler, does the Saleen? I have seen no reference to this and I have been looking around. I know brenspeed sells and installs various stages of saleen sc and they install for only $650!!! And the stage 4 kit is only around 6 grand. So I can get an electric h20 pump, the complete saleen kit and have it installed for 7K.
If anyone has had one installed by brenspeed I would welcome your comments as well.
