Supercharged plug ?'s

What is the proper gap for a 96 GT with a Vortech charger? Second is the NGK TR55 the proper plug for this application? The old plugs are out and I need these answers ASAP please help. Thanks

I don't know about the plugs but the gap is 0.35

Any brand of plug will be fine, just don't get platinum.

I just use Autolite 765s at .035

I already had them from a car I owned before that I never got to install them in. I will take them back out tomorrow and buy some TR6's should I use the same gap? Thanks for the heads up I am still very new to this kind of issue. If I cannot get TR6's does anyone know the Autolite or Champion plug that I should use?

me personally I would go with a set of it-20 denso iridiums. If you are running over 10lbs. of boost then go with IT-22. they are a really good spark plug and sean hyland motorsports recommend them.

well just make sure you gapped them at .035 and check them after a 100 or so miles , I had the TR6s and they had gotten hot after a couple hundred miles and even developed a miss , Tim at T&Js recommended the BR7EFs 1500 miles now , no problems .
