Who is making this work? Im talking 100* outside plus AC on full blast and full boost here and there. Can it be done with a rock solid non fluctuation of the temp gauge? What is in your cooling system if so? Might have to take blower off cuse it is HOT outside!

The temp gauge will go up if you get on it, thats normal. I just got a blower, and I still have a/c and my condensor is all bent up from rocks and such, I would say flow on mine has decreased about 40-50% and my car has no problem cooling down.

Even on the dyno, my temp went almost to 220, and I just turned on my Mark VIII fan and it went down to 195* (which is what my t-stat is) in a couple minutes. I was actually able to watch the needle drop.

But it goes up the minute I flick the AC on, even if Im just crusing slow around town. This is the main thing Im trying to fix, because essentially I have no AC and its super hot and I have leather seats, aghh!

well anything that pulls of your engine more is gonna cause more heat issue's. best off to get a better rad/fan combo a intercooler would also help keep the boost temp down and keep things cooler.

100 degrees is almost too hot for AC in a stang. My temps always go up with the AC on and my cooling system is pretty good. It also goes up under full boost, especially if I'm doing an interstate blast for a few miles. I'd suggest a cowl hood with the rear cut out, but then it'll suck air in there and hamper the radiators air flow (basicly lower the pressure difference across the cooling fins). I saw that on the Capri with the 6" windshield cowl hood. Still may work for you in town.
