NA First
Yes ... A well planned h/c/i with ALL the supporting stuff can do it
but
You gotta be V E R Y good with your 1/4 mile driving skills
You gotta be able to 60 foot well below the 2 mark (sticky tires)
Summing up ... You gotta drive it like you stole
and
You gotta not be aftaid if you are gonna break it
Now ... Blower
Since you got that OEM block you wanna be careful about trying to
go both h/c/i AND blower cause you'll have no prob going to and beyond
block splitting power
If I was gonna go blower on a street car and oem block ........
I'd focus more on the blower and less on the na hot rod parts
Also ... running a blower on the street is gonna require a bit more
from its owner than running a na combo with gas quality, heat issues,
and the like.
Another thing ... buying a kit is just the start

You need upgraded inj's, meter, ignition, tune, and more
Of course ... either setup will exceed your t5 limits
Just trying to expand things to ... as they say ... the big picture
