No it wont fit.

asking what supercharger is the best is like asking what color is the best, your going to get 100 diffrent answers. Vortech and Paxton are really good and have proven that. Procharger is a nice unit as well but they have had head unit leaking issues that have said to be fixed but I still hear recent storys of them leaking. Kenny Bell is a great SC as well but there $$$. So you pretty much just cant ask which one is the best you have to do reasearch on each and find out there good and bad points and make your decision from there. I do know the Paxton Novi 2000 flows an awesome amout of air, more then any Vortech does.

after seeing what one of my friends has gone through w/ his turbo Install its alot more easy to buy a S/C kit and bolt it on.

I knew I would get lots of different answers but I was curious what superchargers each of you liked and why...that way I could take those respones into consideration..

I've been doing a lot of research on superchargers lately because i'm hoping to get one for a graduation present and from everything i've learned i think that Kenne Bell is the way to go. A Kenne Bell may not make as much peek horsepower but the power will come on at a lower RPM that centrifigul superchargers and like its been said a million times, "its all about the area under the curve"

A turbo does tend to be a bit more time consuming to install, because almost all turbo kits include a intercooler. Most centrifugal supercharger kits do not. It's all worth it in the end .

Yea tossing the turbo kit in is no big deal, takes a few hours, but no biggie at all. I had my front bumper and quarter panels off already, so it went very smoothly.

About the SC's.. I did have a vortech s trim, but sold it before i even stuck it on the car. If i did it again, and was going to stick with an SC, i would go with a 2.2L kenne bell. Just seems likes a fun SC.. I would deff get waterinjection as well, to make up for the lack of intercooler.

Daves an expert on the kennbells, he can give you all the reason to get one over a centrifigual, although hes preaching turbos now instead!
