I'd think so, if you don't want the mileage and odometer to be off.

I thought I need a Speedcal so my odometer isn't off but I need to retune so my air/fuel curves are correct. That's what I'm not sure about. I know the Chip has no bearing on the speedometer.

So if I leave my chiptune the same & buy a Speedcal I'd be better off financially? I mean the car will run just the same?

What's the cost to get the chip retuned? Just curious. Speedcals run about $100 before shipping. I think dallasmustang is having a sale on them right now, though...$89, I think it was...could be wrong, though. I also think T&J can reflash your computer to account for the new gearing. Same price...$100. The nice part is that there's 1 less electronic 'box' to screw with if you retune your chip or have your computer reflashed. Just my $.02
