Surging Idle

I have been having some troubles with my cold idle lately and I guess I am not the only one. First I think I will adjust my idle speed and TPS voltage. Looks like the problem lies with the computer, so I was wondering if a computer tuner or chip will cure my suffering problems. If so, where is the closest place to minnesota to get a good chip burn, or will I just have to order a tuner and do it myself.

stock cam (based on your sig)? Cleaning the meter, doing a tune-up, slotting the TPS, and setting the idle via the IAC will take care of the problem
