surging idle

anyone have an idle issue after changing a mass air meter? i put on a granatelli 75mm and now mine surges up and down sometimes stalling when i first start it. this happens everytime i start it no matter how long its been siting. any ideas. nothing wrong previously.

Are you certain that the maf was calibrated for your size injectors?

it says 19c on the top of it. i tried two different meters now.
