suspension about shot

i have a 87 gt and am about tired of the rattling wore out suspension. whats some things that wont cost any money to tighten it up a lil. also im fitsen to be making a lil money what are some upgrades i should get i wanna make it lighter perform better and ride smoother with in about a 5 to 700 dollar budget.

I would start with some good polyurethane bushing all the way around and new shocks and struts. All of that can be covered in your budget.
