I have a 2004 gt with a magnaflow cat back system I wanted to drop my car an inch but am worried about the exhaust hitting the sway bar and wanted to know how to prevent this or how to fix this before I drop the car?

pish tosh. ive got a 2.25" drop and my exhaust doesnt hit anything. although ive got dumps......
there ya go! lose the tailpipes! seriously though, ive never heard of the exhaust hitting anything when lowered

no problems with that kind of a drop. I have a tockico setup thats drops it 1.5" and no such problems.....not even close. you wont hit the exhaust on ANYTHING, not even speed bumps unless you have longtubes. There is a bra under the tranny that will hit before the exhaust, and that has to be a huge bump.

The only thing I'm afraid of is the tow-truck.
