i would head over to stangsuspension.com and pick up some steeda springs, and use whichever struts and shocks of ur choice. I went with adjustable stranges so i could set the stiffness for drag when i need to create some weight transfer...wish i went with tokico drags instead tho becuz its easier to adjust. ANd your stock springs are gonna be the best springs for street driving and trip to the drag strip. If your ride really feels like crap im sure ur shocks/struts just blown and replace those, it will be the cheapest and easiest way. Lowering springs wont help ya at the strip

full length subs are supposed to be great (this summer for me, i promise)

if you got the squeaks, some new bushings might be needed

Have you looked into bilsten shock and struts? They are self adjusting instead of manual adjusting.

As for the bushings a would replace all of them. I was having problems getting my suspension to align right. Once I replaced my front control arm bushings the problems went away. The only this is the front control arm bushings come it 2 styles with the shell and without the shell. With the shell you have to have the old ones pressed out in re pressed in. The ones without the shell you have to cut, drill and burn out the old rubber bushings with a torch. It just takes some time and a 6 pack. All of the other front bushings were easy.
