OK, something has to be up with my car, it just bounces around on bumpy roads way to much. I can tell other drivers are trying to keep their distance from me because of it.

I thought it might be the rear shocks so I replaced those, while it helped a little bit it's still not handling normal. Could it be a broken sway bar?

Its your tires. Get new tires, front struts, and an alignment to go with the rear shock replacement.

Just inspect the sway bars to see if they are broke.

Can't be the tires they are only a couple months old, and they are the same brand as the original ones. I'm going to check the sway bars tomorrow, too dark out now.

Did you lower your car with springs or anyother suspension type mods? Just wondering because I lowered mine with Steeda's and I still have the original shock/struts and mine does not do bumps very well. I go over this bump on my way to work everyday and I watch other cars, even followed other stangs over it, and my car bounces more than thiers. Sometimes it almost hurts ma belly from the seatbelt and the force of the rebound. So I'm interested as to what you find out with this?

you sont even have to look at the rear sway bar, just grab it and shake it to see if it's broke

do you have a feeling where this 'bouncy feeling' is comming from, front? back? in turns? just going straignt?

*sorry i'm drunk

I think it's from the back. In turns it feels like the rear is sliding, but I don't hear any noise from the tires. And yes going straight it seems wobbly or bouncy too, if the road surface is wavy you can feel the body wobble side to side. It just doesn't feel stable.

well driving stock, the facotry ride already begins to have a slow-jaw feeling when moving from left to right, more like the one side it trying to catch up with the other when turning.
