im on a budget right now but i just bought a 94 w/ 106000 on it and stock suspension. i was thinkin about gettin a used set of springs and w/ the left over money im not sure if i should buy shocks and struts or controling arms?

i personally run the kit that Car Nut suggested. matched with a set of sportlines in the front, and the rear ****ty springs that come with the kit(just my.02, but the springs in the full kit that Car Nut pointed out are absolute ****. they never ended up settlings, hence me going with sportlines in the end..)

i like the kit very much, great bang for your buck. eventually my suspension will be paired up with new cobra control arms, bumpsteer kit, mm c/c plates and upper/lower ca's in the rear

Good to know. I've heard of some springs not settling right and didn't realize that people had problems with the Ford stuff.

H&R has been top quality for me. There's a good quality spring out there for sure for whatever drop and spring rate that is needed.

Thanks.

I personally use the stuff listed below in my sig. and so far am loving it. Using sensa-trac shocks in rear and front and have no complaints. Car handles to my liking so far but I would like to compliment it with cobra a-arms and rear upper control arms. havent found any rear lower control arms that seem worth it to improve handling and not deteriorate ride quality an not destroy my torque boxes.
