Suspension setup

get all the things you mentioned along with new rear lower control arms...as for new shocks and struts go for coil-overs instead, if your not willing to spend the extra dough, then bilstein struts/shocks are great quality products and would go well with the ford racing C springs which by the way have excellent spring rates...650lbs up front and 300 or 400lbs in the back i believe. correct me if im wrong but while coilovers are great for handling and adjustability, they are horrible for dragging
