i am replacing the UCA and LCA's, from UPR (HEavy duty GMS ones), mainly cuz the stocks are beat and the bushings are practically gone. it comes with al lthe hardware and such. but i also am doing the bullit suspension kit (shocks/struts, springs and front and rear sway bars). do i need anything else? spring isolators? i am mianly doing this beacuse the stock at 108k makes a decent amount of noise ESPECIALLY from the back (UCA/LCA). the car will also get the ti4res rebalanced and the alignment done. will this pretty much stop the squeaks and noises from the suspension?

Squeeking

Probably too late for you, but I will post to help others.

My car was squeeking like a old wire bed frame and the front end would groan and whine when I turned the steering wheel. It would also squeal from the front driver side when just wiggleing the steering wheel back and forth. My steering rack had a leak so I put in a new one with new tie rod ends and put it all back together.....the squeeking was gone, but the whine was still there when I wiggled the steering wheel. It was pretty loud and I was so dissapointed that I had spent so much time, put in a new rack and ends, put it all back together and it was still whining.

I then replaced the lower ball joint on the side that was whining (I was too tired to do them both) and that was the problem. My car now stears and turns like it is brand new with no squeeks or other sounds.

If doing the project again, I will plan to replace all ball joints and bushings at the same time, while installing shocks, springs, etc. so that I don't have to go back in and replace one individual part. Ball joints are cheap (like $15 each) and a pain to take in and out, but mine had 125,000 on them.
