Seems like whenever I go over a bump whether it's big or small, it just squeaks like hell. Well not that bad but enough to bother the fck out of me. Is it the bushings. What should I do?

Ahh the joy of Mustang ownership!! lol its a ford, most mustangs skeak, rattle and make all sort of noises. gatta love it. i had the same problem on the right-front. i lubricated the bushings a bit and everything was fine...but im sure it will come back...whip out the WD-40 and see if it helps.

My mustang used to sound nice and quiet until I started driving hard on it. Then all of a sudden these SQUEAKS come out of nowhere. How can I get rid of it.

I found where the squeak is coming from. It's from the front passenger side. The squeak is coming from the brake sheild. It's loose for some reason. If I tap on it a little I can hear the rattles. The driver side seems fine and doesn't rattle when I tap on it. I then removed the wheel and try to tighten the brake shield but can't seem to find where the screw that is holding it in place is located. Can anyone help me with this one. Do I have to completely remove the brake assembly (caliper,rotors) to gain access to this screw. I hope not but it would seem like it because I can't see the screw anywhere!!!

Subframe connectors and MM LCA's took away at least 90% of my squeaks over bumps.00BlackBeautyGT said:

As soon as I put my eibach's in I started noticing squeeks in the rear passinger side when ever I go over speed bumps. any advice on that one?
. seriously though, its probably because the bushings got a little dry and now that the suspension sits in a dif. position it sqweaks.
