You can use basically all of the suspension, save for the front control arms. If you use them, they'll push the bottoms of your wheels out too far and you'll always have a ton of negative camber on your front wheels. Search in 5.0 Talk for the "Project 81 Hackjob" theads, that SVT32VDOHC has been giving updates. He pretty much shows every single part you can use from the late model car on the older Fox.

If this works out it would be awesome cause IMO the 99+ mustangs handle something awesome compared to a fox. I used to own an 01 GT and it was without a doubt the best handling car I ever drove. Don't know if a fox will handle as well because of weight differences, but I'm interested in how this works out for you. Good luck!

Using the stock parts, it won't handle the same as the SN95 models, but it should be an improvement over the aging parts you'll be replacing. The Fox IV chassis has some improvements over the Fox III, which give it an overall tighter feel. With some subframes and additional chassis bracing, like a strut tower brace, you could easily surpass the stock feel of the SN95.

Most of that is due to the wider stance (due to wider control arms and rear axle), the longer track and different spring/shock valving as well as the weight

Since you can't transfer the wider and longer stance, all you can do is change the springs and shocks.

Aftermarket Fox springs/shocks > OEM GT springs/shocks
