Hey everybody, I was wondering, i have a 2001 mustang gt with a bunch of bolt-on parts. Would getting a 100 shot of nos be better then getting shocks, struts, springs, and camber plates? OR should i do something else?
Thanks
A 100 shot would definetly give the power you need at the track but if you cant put that power to pavement it is useless performance. Go get yourself a set of D/R and some adjustable shocks, also a good set of control arms would'nt hurt. For me I went from 14.2 then I did shocks and D/R and went to a 13.5 it was all the difference in the world.
Welcome to StangNet BlakeGT!
The two choices you are contemplating are two totally different things, so it more or less comes down to personal choice. But for me, I think the 4X4 look has got to go and springs/struts/shocks and CC plates (as well as new wheels are tires) are up next for me. I've been looking at this Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable kit: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7912428577&category=33590
do both LOL... , nahh just get lowering springs, lower rear control arms , and then spray it ...... oh and drag radials , you are going to need them , gears would be a good option too .....
