I'm restoring a 94 GT convert aode and I'm gonna allot $2,000 towards the suspension. I'm not gonna drag the car. I just want a controllable street car. I was thinking of the 5 link 2 steeda kit for the back and new shocks/springs and x2 balljoints and c/c plates. Do you need to buy lower control arms or do they come with the 5 link 2 kit? Is 2k a realistic budget? I know the kit is $1,000 in itself and the shocks/struts are $450. Right now all the stock bushings are backing out and the struts and shocks are original!!! Its a pretty scary ride if I go over 65 mph!!! Potholes damn near send me into the woods!!!
