Suspension ?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good write ups on suspension installs. I'm looking to put some lowering springs on as well as new adjustable shocks and struts. If anyone could help that would be cool.

heres one for the springs. the shocks/stuts are pretty strait forward after you have everything apart to install the springs
