UMMMM.... YES!! Thats the way its gonna be with an old/modded car. Everybody goes through it. I went through it with my 38 pickup, my 83 ranger, my 93 buick, and now my car.

BTW if I had said that exact thing you would have said stfu like you usually do.

Edit: Get a job at a grocery store. I am 18 working a one an making 7.40 an hour, I get paid weekly and the ppl there are cool. Its always nice to get a 240 dollar pay check EVERY friday!!!

Oh, and as others said, check out all the little vacuum lines for cracks/leaks. Also, check your PCV valve (on the very back of the lower intake). If you have a bad vacuum leak, chances are that's where it is. The grommets always leak. If the valve itself is loose in the grommet, put some RTV around it.

spray wd-40 around your vacuum hoses one at a time. if your car starts to idle better then you found your leak.

how many hours do you work? at 16 your only aloud to wok 20 hours a week which put a huge crimp on making money and when you still jobless because no one is hiring its a big deal...even Kroger's aint hiring right now!!!! if put and application into about every place local. all have called back and said sorry but we have no openings right now ..the only place i haven't heard back from yet is the dealership and im going down there tomm after school to talk to the manger in person.

basically..most places in a 5 miles distance have said nope...so now I'm going to have to venture into dublin, columbus which is 15 miles or so... IVE filled my car from E 6 times since DEC 1st....... hell looking for a job is becoming expensive!

im out of ideas and im down to my last 100 before i start digging into the stang's paint money which i want to avoid at all costs.

here you go, this has 10 speeds vs your 4, it's a manual, will run forever without a single drop of gas and therefore will not emit any harmful greenhouse gasses. If you really want to pimp it out you can put baseball cards in the spokes and reflectors wherever you can find a free space. with the gas money you save you can keep yourself in fruit snacks.now quit your bitching.

Yeah... BUT he won't be making over 10k a year and will most likely get all his FED and state taxes back. I got everything back through tax return except for SS, duh.

He is right, company's will give you as many hours as you want. My kroger has 16 yr olds working till 11 on school nights(irresponsible IMO, I work 3-10 almost everyday) and getting 33 or so hrs a week.

it won't be THAT bad. I typically lose 50 on a 280$ paycheck bringing it down, but like I said you'll get alot of it back.

Ok so get a job working 4-9pm 3 days a week during the week then work 8hr shifts on Sat. and Sun. and you'll be rolling in dough in no time, that is an EASY 31 hr schedule.

Fast food places are always hiring.

When you are a teenager living at home and all you need is some gas money there is no job that you are too good for.

If you went from 270 to 180 something is WRONG with your car. Thats just too much of a differance.
Or you rod on it entirely too much.

My car gets about 335miles to a tank, and I have a C&L 76mm maf and tube, underdrive pulleys, offroad x-pipe, magnaflow catback, 3.73gears and a gutted hatch. Now with my calculations being that my spedometer is off due to the fact that my trans still has the stock 3.08 gear in it that puts my tank to about 300-318 miles to the tank I think I am doing pretty good, plus I have a very heavy foot.
