I recently bought my kid a 2002 Focus SVT - it's got about 45,000 miles on it. Last Sunday night as he was coming home from work, the clutch (or something) went out. He called a friend that has a tow truck & had it towed to the local Ford dealer. The dealer tells him that "first chance he gets" he will look at it & see if we are eligible for a loaner car. Well, tomorrow will be 4 days & no loaner, no nothing. I was under the impression that with a SVT, ANY warranty or maintenance work included not only a loaner car, but a wash and vacuum. Is this correct?? Should we not have been given a loaner first thing Monday morn? Comments please!
