SVT guage cluster swap

First off i hope i am doing this correctly, been reading forums for quite some time but never joined. So, iam proud to join what appears to be the largest, best organized and informational forum around. I am definitely a newbie to forums but not to cars. Ive owned a 2002 GT for 4 years now and finally have started to install some mods. My main aspiration is to convert this car to an 03 cobra, so on that journey i am up to a problem with the gauge cluster. I would appreciate any help i can receive on getting this car to start with the SVT cluster i purchased.

The problem... Swapped out the stock GT cluster with one from an 03 cobra.
Theft light now has turrets and car lost either ignition or fuel, either way it will crank but not start. I tried swapping the odometers, that didnt work either. I have read that this issue is caused by the PATS system, it being programmed to recognize PCM and Ignition. I am curious if there is any way around this or what i should do??? Any and all help is appreciated. If i need to post this somewhere else please let me know. Like i said im a newbie here.

Terminator swap into a 96-04 GT is a complicated task. IIRC you need to transfer the computer from the terminator along with the gauges and fuel system in order for it to work properly. As far as resolving the PATS issue, I don't have a clue what to tell you my friend.
