Just out of curiosity, how hard is it to swap from an automatic to a manual in a '96 mustang gt? My car is automatic now and I found a manual tranny with clutch assembly, and flywheel, out of a '96 cobra. I know a guy with a pedal assembly and a clutch cable. I can find a shifter and the interior pieces but what else is needed? Will I need a "manual" ecm? Also, what would I do with the factory wiring harness that went to the 4R70W?
