Swap to save money

I was wondering if I could buy a V6 2001(or more recent) vert and swap in a 4.6 or a 5.0. How hard would be the swap and what would need cutom work?

Its not worth it, just buy a 99gt or somthing similar in cost to a 01v6

I think it would end up costing more money and more headaches. Im sure the computer is different, motor mounts, rear end etc.

PITA comes to mind you would need almost everything from the donor.
Also wasn't this same question asked by some little whiny rich kid a few weeks ago who was bashing his mom caused he wrecked 2 cars and she won't buy him a GT?

You will be better off buying a V8 car to start with. It'll cost more to swap it over.
