depending on where you are in the country that is a highly illegal swap.

try posting in the 5.0tech or 94/95. a few people have writeups on the v6-v8 swap

I guy I know is running a stroked 351W in an 01 GT. He said the swao wasn't that bad. A little fabrication to do of course.

Defiantely doable but considering what can be done with the 4.6 why change?

It will probably cost less to just get a 5.0 mod from VT or DSS.
