swaped aode for t45, starter wont crank??help!

i put a 4.6 and a t45 in place of my 3.8 and aode. i have everything done and ready to run but when i put the clutch in and try to crank it....i get nothin, im pretty sure everything is hooked up right for the pedal assembly, any one got an idea? if the trans harness isnt completly connected or bad would it keep the starter from cranking?? i need help ASAP!

Could be a million things, but is the clutch pedal sensor gimmick correctly hooked up? You seemed to center around "pushing the clutch in" and "everything is hooked up right for the pedal assembly" so I guess I am wondering how sure you are about this?
