From what I've gathered some of the pulley's go different directions, the lower intake is different, the distributor is different, the power steering pump is different, and the TB setup is different....however if I just did an entire engine swap with the exception of the TB setup would I have any problems? Like will it matter if the pulley's go the opposite direction? I'm going to keep the fox A9L comp in the fox and the sn95 comp in the sn95, and I'm going to swap the power steering pumps(if in fact they spin in a different direction). Would it mess with the A9L that the distributor is different and the pulley rotation is different? So in the end I plan on having an entire sn95 engine bay with the exception of the injector wiring harness in a fox...and vice versus....will it work? Thanks in advance for the help.

I think he wants his go-fast 331 in the fox.

I have an 87 GT long block waiting to go in and all I did so far is change the timing cover to accept the SN water pump and changed over the crank pulley.

The reason for my swap is I want the 95 California legal, and the 331 would be nice in the fox!

Thanks guys. I decided to just leave the 331 in and register it in TX. CA sucks when it comes to that emissions garbage. I also decided not to buy the stocker fox because I already have my 89. That saved me from having to battle it out with the wife on why I needed a fourth car..hehe.
