You can use a large micrometer to get is exactly. Ford uses some measurements in inches and in milimeters. It is a PITA trying to get bushings.

Supposedly in 94-95 Mustang GT's used a 30mm sway bar, and 94-95 Cobras used a 25mm sway bar. V6's came with a 27mm sway bar.

what he said. Spend the money on the micrometer its well worth it. I bought a few sets trying to find the right size

Or take the sway bar with you to the parts store.

If you dont have a Vernier caliper, you can also use a crescent wrench and get real close. Close the wrench around the bar. Then remove it and measure the gap between the jaws.

I took a piece of paper and reached under my car to find the circumference of it and found the diameter that way. I came up with 28.3 mm but its probably not too accurate, ordering the 30 mills now.
