swaybar removal ?

Does anyone know where I can find instructions for removing this? Is this something I should be able to remove in less than 30 minutes? Is it easy enough to remove at the track?

I'm wondering too. I remember disconnecting each side when I did my springs, but I didn't completely remove the swaybar. Anyway, subscribing.

Heres another install but I dont know if the sway bars were change 94-98 models they dont state but heres the other link.

I'm talking about the front sway bar, not the back, and those 2nd instructions are confusing as hell.
