You need to do a search. This topic has been covered at least a billion times.

There are two basic options. Which one is right for you depends on what wheels you want to run and how much $$ you are willing to spend.

This topic is dicussed regularly. We are not trying to be rude by not answering directly, but there is a lot of information to regurgitate and when you do it once every 3 days, it gets a little tiring.

Do a search on "5-lug conversion"

www.50resto.com has a 5 lug conversion kit for under $400. Comes complete with axles, rotors, drums, seals, front and rear bearings, 1 bottle of friction modifier and 3 quarts of rear gear oil.

you could maybe send your wheels to a company and have them drilled for 5 lug.
