switching to carb from efi????

i'm getting my old car back 87 5.0. problem is that it is a roller. i've found a 70 302 solid and complete. what do i need to switch to run the carb? i have a 255 intank pump. does this need to be changed or can i just run a new regulator? what about the ignition? can i put in a new distributer and an electrical setup like an msd? last question is what to do with the guages? i'm going to strip out all the wiring and such from the efi. i don't have enough money to setup the motor efi. when i parted out the car i sold the comp and everything. i'm basicly getting the shell, full suspension, rear end, 8pt cage, full interior minus seats, and i have a t5. i'm looking to get this thing going for as little as possible. i was going to throw in a cam, rpm airgap, and new carb. also should i go 750 or 650 carb? any suggestions welcome. efi i know but not carb setups. thanks
