Asking for a freind who has a customer's car.
1970 Mustang
351 Cleveland Motor (not sure if original)
T-5 trans
Problem: Massive clutch slip
Questions:
1. Can the standard bellhousing be used?
2. Is there a difference in input shaft lengths and tgransmission positions between the top-loader and T-5
3. Will the Throwout bearing hit the snout of the T-5, not allowing full clutch release?
any other ideas for the slip much appreciated.
Hope to hear from this smart crew ASAP!
thanks!
