T5's went into lots of cars & light trucks, even Jeeps. Your T5 could have come from any of the many types of vehicles that had them as OEM equipment.

See http://www.ttcautomotive.com/English/onlineorder/product.asp to download a FREE service manual for T5 or Tremec 3550
You will need the Adobe Acrobat viewer which is also a free download – http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

contact Hanlon (http://www.hanlonmotorsports.com/) or D&D (http://www.ddperformance.com/) for more info

You can't use that Number to decode what tranny you have. That number is the part number for the tailshaft housing. If you want to know what type of tranny you have, you need to use the code from the trans tag. Which is usually on a bolt that holds the tailshaft housing to the main case.
