t-5 Swap Question

Im currently collecting parts to do the t-5 swap in my car and was loooking on 50 resto's website. I noticed they have the 01-04 shifter boot and bezel for $77.95, but the 94-95 one is like $200. Is there a difference in them so they arent interchangeable. They also have them for years inbetween that. Just wondering what the differences are if there are any. Also im having a hard time finding the wiring harness, so if anyone has one they would like to sell or know where i can get one let me know.

Those prices seem high,not sure the difference but when I did my swapp I got a boot off e-bay for $25 and attached it to the aode bezel with an alum. ring that I also got off e-bay.The ring came in a kit with a shifter ball not sure what I paid but I think like $50 or something.Look's pretty good here's a pic.

Thanks for the idea, i didnt think of that. Thats a lot cheaper and easier, ebay has a ton of those rings and then i just need a shifter boot. What year is the shifter boot you used from?

the 04 shifter bezel should physically fit, but the color wont match. in the 94-95, the shifter boot and bezel were black. in the newer stangs, it was color matched to the interior.

oh well they are all paint to match from 50resto anyways, so that wont matter then.

Sounds even better. I wouldn't mind having a matching boot. Too bad my interior is all black.
