well a couple of days ago i did my clutch, well i put in a new T/O bearing and i did lube it and the bearing retainer, i did notice some wear on the retainer but it was 11:00 P.M when i was doing it and i needed the car the next day so i just lubed and installed, well now when i accelerate in any gear the clutch pedal vibrates a little bit and when i let off the gas while in gear the cable makes noise on the quadrant, when it's in neutral its fine, it's just while driving in gear, could this be the bearing retainer thats causing this??? If i take up all the slack on the cable my clutch releases at over the half way point on the pedal, is this normal? will it affect anything id the bearing rests on the presure plate fingers at all times? D&D told me that it needs like 9ft lbs. of pressure on the pressure plate.
