I have an extra center cartridge with a bad compressor wheel (debris hit the wheel...dont ask). I was thinking of just buying a T4 upgrade kit to make a T3/T4 hybrid. I've seen kits on ebay for about $200....anybody know where to get one cheaper? Thanks guys....
well the turbo that i originally put on went bad after two days (not a bamabev) so i took it off and examined it. The reetaining nut the holds the compressor wheel on was plain missing. I searched for it and could not find it, so i figured it was lodged in the IC. Put on new turbo. Turns out the nut made its way back in to the VAM and showed up again in time to wreck my new compressor wheel.....this is the way my car seems to have gone the last few months. If my new turbo doesnt go right i will have to sell the car and get a beater. I am moving a couple thousand miles down to AZ in six weeks and need something to drive down there....
