T45 SWAP

I don't know how accurate this is but here you go 4r70W to T45 swap - Mighty Forums

I may ,however, suggest you don't do it. The t45 is a pathetic example of a transmission. I haven't been able to find anyone local that has not had issues with it. Unless this is temporary, do yourself a favor and buy a tko or a t56 if you must have a manual.

I broke a shift fork in my T-45 but that was after 75 passes at the track and 150K miles. That is pretty good in my book. Are there better trannys out there? Sure but if it is cheap I don't see where you can go wrong.

if you are near stock or some bolt ons and just want a 5spd a t-45 will work just fine, i have had no problems with mine at all, plenty of track time, if i was gona put more power down i would go with a t-56 but if ur leaving as is and want the fun of a 5spd the t-45 should do it

I agree w/ the T45 being okay. I have never had any issues w/ mine except the clutch of course. I have raced w/ it plenty. However unless you are trying to prove a point, I would suggest to upgrade if you are doing this project. TKO or T56 is the way to go IMHO. Good luck either way, you will love the manual.
