Hi.
I have a 2000 covertible V6 in Spain.
Are the 96-98 and 99-04 tail lights interchangeable.
I want to fit 96-98 carbon euro tail lights in this car.
Thanks. Alfred.

Sure, no problem. There might be some after market tail lights that have the amber on them, but I'm not sure. I'll look in on it for you(I'll do it later since it's 5:30am here and I'm going to bed). I'll also try to see if I can find some cobras for you. Worst case, maybe you can get a decal that's amber in color and place it over the white area?

Anyways, welcome to the board and post up a picture of your stang!

then wire the back-up lights into the turn signals....and on a dark evening in a obstical of garbage cans and fence posts you bust out a tail light because you've got no back-up light..man haha..glad it's not my problem.

Find out the fine for driving without rear amber blinkers...if it costs half as much as a set of Cobra tail lights, I say bite the bullet and cut the check for the Cobra tail lights...plus they look cooler in my opinion..i dunno...
